１０月２１日（金）・２２日（土）北はりまビジネスフェア
小野市産業フェスティバルと並行して、小野市総合体育館アルゴにて北はりまビジネスフェアが開催されました。
当社警備隊は、フェアブース出展者の搬入・搬出のお手伝いをさせていただきましたが、事前に主催者が準備された搬入・搬出計画に従い出展者の皆さんが時間通り次々とお越しになり、また、搬入・搬出口前が混雑時には警備隊が搬入道路途中において待機をお願いをしても素直にご協力をいただき、大きな混乱もなくスムーズに任務を完了することができました。マナーの良い出展者の皆様に感謝、感謝でございます。
１０月２２日（土）・２３日（日）小野市産業フェスティバル
小野市うるおい交流館エクラを中心としたエリアで、小野市産業フェスティバル（産フェスおの２０１１）が盛大に行われました。
当社警備隊は、第３警備区を担当させていただき、小野市市役所駐車場の警備、及び市民広場ブースの搬出のお手伝いをさせていただきました。
雨のスタート
初日は小雨の中でのスタートでしたが、朝８時過ぎに第１警備区・第２警備区・第３警備区の８時３０分から着任する警備隊員約３０名が芝生広場ステージ前に集合し朝礼を実施しました。
警備本部隊長の訓示から始まり、小野市商工会議所所長様、警備本部幹事会社代表から激励の言葉を頂戴しました。各警備隊隊員が気を引き締めての警備スタートです。
２日目は晴天
産フェス２日目はお天気に恵まれ、たくさんのお客様にお越しいただき各ブース、ステージともに賑わいました。
会場から徒歩で５分程度離れている市役所駐車場も、一時ほぼ満車の状況になりました。会場へ向かわれるお客様、会場から帰って来られるお客様への我々からのご挨拶に対するお客様の笑顔のお返事からこのイベントの成功が容易に想像できました。
我々の最後の任務は総合体育館東駐車場を会場とした市民広場ブース搬出のお手伝いでした。各ブースが一度に搬出作業に入られるため、混乱が予想されましたが搬出車両が警備隊の誘導にマナー良くご協力いただいたおかげで１時間という短時間で全てのブースの搬出が無事完了いたしました。
出展者の皆さん、警備隊の誘導にご協力をいただき本当にありがとうございました。
工事現場は、マンションと飲食店に挟まれ、かつ前面の歩道は人通りが絶えない場所でしたので、安全面を配慮し警備員の配置を原則に工事に着手させていただきました。
毎日の作業着手前のリーダーによる作業内容の確認と、警備員も含め作業者全員参加によるＫＹ活動（危険予知活動）は、近隣や通行人、そして作業に携わる者全ての安全確保のため欠かすことは出来ません。
近隣のご迷惑にならないよう防音シートによる養生はしっかりと・・・
店舗の大きな屋外看板の支柱の下にはこんなに大きなコンクリートの塊が埋まっていました。 コンクリートの基礎が隠れていることはわかっていましたが、予想以上の大きさにびっくりです。（汗）
大きなコンクリートの撤去も完了し、土を均して工事もほぼ終了です。
近隣の皆様には、工事にご理解・ご協力を賜りありがとうございました。
浜の宮天満宮の台場差しは、「姫路市重要無形民俗文化財指定」を受けており、毎年多くの方々がその勇壮な姿をひとめ観ようとお越しになります。
今年は、土日の祭礼となり、また、須賀町屋台は新調され一層の多くの観客で賑わったようです。
お宮東側の２車線道路を、めいいっぱいに使って勇壮な宮入が行われました。一般の車両は通行止めになっていますが、北行き・南行きの路線バスは往来します。屋台の運行責任者さんと打合せをしながら、バス通過の合間をぬって、このような勇壮な屋台練りを行える状況を作るのも我々の大切な役割です。
屋台の間近で警備をしていると、担ぎ手さんたちの湧き上がる力がこちらにも伝わってくるような錯覚に襲われます。
お宮から南に約１５０ｍ離れた位置で、通行止めを行っている警備ポジションです。
太鼓の音は聞こえど屋台の姿は見えません。
でも、このポジションの隊員がしっかりと、車両の迂回をお願いしてくれているからこそ、お宮の前では安心して屋台が練り歩けるのです。
がんばってネ。
今度は、リバーシティー東南通りの道路をいっぱいに使っての屋台の練り合わせです。警備隊は、警察隊との連絡調整を取りながら一般車両迂回路の順次変更等を行い状況に応じた交通誘導を行わなければなりません。各隊員からの現場の状況連絡と、とっさの判断、そして各隊員の速やかな行動が求められる瞬間です。（汗）
